Purpose

Here is the Glossary for the CircularONE Platform, your definitive reference for understanding the key terminologies used within ecoSPIRITS’ web and mobile applications.

Within the CircularONE platform, there is a variety of terms and phrases that describe the components, processes and features. This glossary will provide a clear, standardised definitions to ensure that all users will be able to share a common understanding of the platform’s language.

Terminology

General

Platform

Refers to CircularONE platform-wide access, which is reserved for ecoSPIRITS users 

Market

Refers to the data segment tagged to a specific market (i.e. AMER, APAC, EMEA’) 

AMER

Refers to geographical location that are situated in North, Central and South America

APAC

Refers to geographical location situated in Asia and Pacific

EMEA

Refers to geographical location situated in Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Partner Entity

Partner

Refers to a business entity that has been onboarded onto CircularONE

Examples are Brand Owners, Venues, Distributors and Hardware Owners

Partner Administrator

Refers to an administrator account created by ecoSPIRITS for a newly onboarded business entity.

Each business entity can only have one Partner Administrator.

A partner administrator is allowed to manage any users, configurations and settings for their partnership

User

Refers to the partnership users that are part of a partnership

There are no restrictions to the number of users you can create under a Partnership.

Role

Refers to a set of permissions or responsibilities assigned to a user in CircularONE

Access level can be scoped down by their respective administrator and users only be able to view stored data owned or allocated to their respective partnership

There are no restrictions to the number of roles you can create under a Partnership.

Site

Site

Refers to a specific location created within a partnership, and can either be a Warehouse, Filling or Consumption site

Warehouse

Refers to a site that is primarily designated to store hardware

Filling

Refers to a site that is primarily designated to have an ecoPLANT and conducts filling activities

Consumption

Refers to a site that is primarily designated for dispensing and depleting of liquids in ecoTOTEs

Hardware

Hardware

Refers to the hardware solutions marketed by ecoSPIRITS to facilitate the operation of the closed-loop system

Consists of ecoPLANT, ecoTOTE, SmartPour

Hardware Owner

Refers to the partner that has the legal ownership of the hardware

Has the ability to view historical events and interactions with the hardware throughout its lifetime within the platform, limited to the ownership period

Hardware Allocatee

Refers to the partner being granted temporary access to the hardware by its respective owner

Has the ability to view historical events and interactions with the hardware only during the period of allocation within the partnership, limited to the allocation period

Allocation (Send)

Refers to sending a hardware from one site to another

Requires users to scan the Site QR Code that they are sending the hardware to

Allocation (Receive)

Refers to receiving a hardware from another site

Requires users to have access to the receiving site that they are receiving the hardware at

ecoPLANT

Refers to a modular facility for ecoTOTE cleaning, sanitising and refilling

This hardware type is required to be under your partnership, for users to be able to do a filling activity

ecoTOTE

Refers to the reusable glass packaging format of either 1.75L or 4.5L

ecoTOTE contains 2 NFC-enabled QR Codes to execute activities such as Allocation (Send/Receive), Filling, Hardware Grouping within CircularONE.

SmartPour

Refers to a hardware for dispensing products from an ecoTOTE. It pairs with an ecoTOTE via NFC to enable precise and hygienic dispensing of products

Product

Product

Refers to the beverages that are being filled, transported, and consumed via the ecoTOTE

This is identified by the unique SKU (Barcode) on the ecoTOTE Brand Plate

Product Owner

Refers to a partner who owns the Brand of a specific liquid

Status

Partner

Pending

When a new Partner account is created but the administrator has not verified the account

Active

When an administrator has successfully verified their account

Inactive

When a Partner is no longer active on CircularONE and will not be able to log in to access CircularONE

Review in Request

*Visible to ecoSPIRITS only

When a Partner Creation Request is submitted, the status of the requested partner will be set to ‘Review in Request’

ecoSPIRITS will need to review and approve the request before the specific partner status will switch to Pending

Role

Active

When a role has been successfully created and administrators are able to assign Role Permissions to any active user on CircularONE

Inactive

When a role is no longer in use, set status to ‘Inactive’

User

Active

When a user has successfully verified their account

Inactive

When a user is no longer in use, set status to ‘Inactive’

The user will be unable to log in to access CircularONE

Site

Active

When a site has been successfully created and can be used to register or allocate hardware to

Inactive

When a site is no longer in use, set status to ‘Inactive’

Hardware

Active

When a hardware has a hardware history record within 90 days

Idle

When a hardware does not have any hardware history record within 90 days

Inactive

When a hardware has retired and will not be used in any activities

Product

Active

When a product can be used for any filling activities

Inactive

When a product is no longer in use, set status to ‘Inactive’

The product cannot be used for any filling activities
