-hardware that you own (including hardware outside of your partnership); and
-hardware that you are currently in possession(hardware allocated to a site within your partnership).

Introduction

Reports (Standalone Module) is only visible to partnership administrators and users who are given permission to view ‘Reports’ under Dashboard Management. You will be able to download reports related to your hardware that you own (including hardware outside of your partnership) or are currently in possession of through this feature.

Accessing via a Standalone Module

This feature is different from the ‘View Report’ function that is found within ‘Tracking’, ‘Allocation’, ‘Fill’ and ‘Deplete’.

Steps
1	Head to ‘Reports’ under Dashboard Management. You will be able to view a list of Fleet Protection Reports that you are able to retrieve.

2	Select one of the five available list (Assets, Deliveries, Fills, Depletions, Dispenses) For instance, if you select: ‘Asset’ - you will be able to see a location snapshot of your current hardware ‘Deliveries’ - you will be able to see the final location of the allocation in or allocation out of hardware ‘Fills’ - you will be able to see an itemised line item of all filling activities completed ‘Depletions’ - you will be able to see an itemised line item of all depletion activities ‘Dispenses’ - you will be able to see a SmartPour itemised line item of all dispense activities
3	Once you view the detailed list of relevant data, you can choose the time period that you will like to view in detail by selecting the Time Period Filter (if applicable).

4	To export the data, select ‘Download’. You will see a dropdown of the possible report formats that you can export the data to. Select your desired report format to download the data.

5	If successful, the report will be downloaded on your device.
